Disclaimer: I don’t break my work-outs down by set and time. SPC is set up so that you enter each set, the type of stroke swam (breaststroke, butterfly), and the time per set; after each set is entered, the total amount of time and yardage is calculated. For the purposes of my project, I enter straight yardage, total time spent swimming, and just enter “freestyle” for each workout.
