Woke up at 4am, wide awake, so got in the pool by 5:15. It’s been awhile since I swam (at least a week), so my goal was to get at least a mile in. I had to make up my swim on the fly – typically, I have 3-4 workouts written out on notecards, and I’ll stick one in a sandwich bag to keep pool side. Well, turns out I lost my plastic baggie, thus having to make this up on the fly. The pool was quiet, so I tried to get some butterfly and backstroke in while I still had a lane to myself.
