Swim – 2700 yards

400 swim (100 swim, 100 IM, 100 swim, 100 IM)
400 pull (3/5 breathing pattern by 100)

8×25 sprint, IM order on :40 interval
6×125 swim, 25 sprint/100 smooth, on 2:15 interval
4×25 sprint IM order with :5 seconds rest
6×75 pull on 1:15 interval
4×25 sprint IM order with :5 seconds rest

300 cool down (50 kick, 50 breast, 50 free, repeat twice)

Total Time: 55 minutes
