Workout of the Day – Tuesday 2/17/15

A couple days late, but trying to get back in the habit of working out AND getting this back online.

Swim – 1900 yards
Warm-up:
300 continuous swim
200 kick

Main Set:
2 sets (5×100 free), descending by set, adding a 25 sprint to each 100.
1st 100: easy
2nd 100: 75 easy, 25 sprint
3rd 100: 50 easy, 50 sprint
4th 100: 25 easy, 75 sprint
5th 100: 100 sprint

Cool Down:
200 kick200 swim
