Morning swim with the Masters swim team at the YWCA, no afternoon/evening workout. Met a friend for dinner instead 🙂
The plan for tomorrow is a morning swim and lift and hopefully an afternoon/evening bike ride with Dylan. But now that my gym bag is packed and my lunch is made for tomorrow, I can jot today’s workout down.
Morning Master Workout: 3100 yards
4 x (100 free, 100 I.M.)
5 x 200 on 3:00 intervals
1. 200 moderate/easy, working on distance per stroke
2. 150 moderate/easy, 50 hard
3. 100 moderate/easy, 100 hard
4. 50 moderate/easy, 150 hard
5. 200 hard
Repeat the following set 3 times (first breaststroke, second backstroke, third butterfly – we didn’t make it to the very final 100
2 x (50 kick, 50 drill, 50 swim)
I’m writing this as Dylan is watching this new show on Netflix called An Idiot Abroad. He’s laughing a ton, so I’m going to try to watch a little bit of it before bed. Good night!
